OverviEU - software for accounting and the reporting of EU projects

OverviEU software enables:

• Separate management of EU projects – data is automatically read by the existing accounting software.

• Automatic completion of reports for EU projects.

• An overview of all kinds of expenses incurred by employees working on an EU project. Expenses can be laid out in monthly or yearly intervals and a total calculation of all costs incurred by all employees is possible with just one click.

• A record of the number of hours spent on an EU project.

• Automatic allocation of costs into direct and indirect costs and what percentage of those costs was subsidised by the EU.

• Direct conversion of HRK to EUR according to the exchange rate of the ECB (European Central Bank)

• The ability to load data from any existing accounting software with the aim to eliminate duplicate data.
