Generic viagra canadian Psychological impotence is where erection or penetration fails due to thoughts or feelings (psychological reasons) rather than physical impossibility; this is somewhat less frequent but often can be helped. Notably in psychological impotence, there is a strong response to placebo treatment. Erectile dysfunction, tied closely as it is about ideas of physical well being, can have severe psychological consequences. Several other medications are being studied for treating erectile dysfunction; these include IC351 (another PDE5 inhibitor), sublingual apomorphine, and the combination of yohimbine and L-arginine. Scientists also are researching gene therapy to treat erectile dysfunction. Penile erection is managed by two mechanisms: the reflex erection, which is achieved by directly touching the penile shaft, and the psychogenic erection, which is achieved by erotic or emotional stimuli. The former uses the peripheral nerves and the lower parts of the spinal cord, whereas the latter uses the limbic system of the brain. In both conditions, an intact neural system is required for a successful and complete erection. Stimulation of the penile shaft by the nervous system leads to the secretion of nitric oxide (NO), which causes the relaxation of smooth muscles of corpora cavernosa (the main erectile tissue of penis), and subsequently penile erection. Additionally, adequate levels of testosterone (produced by the testes) and an intact pituitary gland are required for the development of a healthy erectile system. As can be understood from the mechanisms of a normal erection, impotence may develop due to hormonal deficiency, disorders of the neural system, lack of adequate penile blood supply or psychological problems. Restriction of blood flow can arise from impaired endothelial function due to the usual causes associated with coronary artery disease, but can also be caused by prolonged exposure to bright light. What is erectile dysfunction? - Erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence, is the inability to achieve or sustain an erection for satisfactory sexual activity. Erectile dysfunction is different from other conditions that interfere with male sexual intercourse, such as lack of sexual desire (decreased libido) and problems with ejaculation and orgasm (ejaculatory dysfunction). This article focuses on the evaluation and treatment of erectile dysfunction. And just what exactly does nitric oxide do? Blood vessels use the chemical as a signal to surrounding muscles to relax, which increases blood flow -- a necessity for staying erect. online buying of viagra in india

as2con's innovative business model for shipyards entered the Top 4 Innovative ideas on "The Economist-InnoCentive" Entrepreneurship Challenge. The main characteristic of the proposed model is reflected through the change in the business focus. Shipyards having a new “service-oriented” focus would enable greater competitiveness and sustainability when compared to their existing focus. The final results will be announced at the upcoming "The Ideas Economy: Innovation" conference which will be held at The Hass School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, from 23-24 March 2011. Top finalists will defend their ideas based on the Dragons´ Den reality TV show model for innovative business ideas.
Abstract of our innovative model can be viewed here.

Riggered by the positive characteristics of laser-welded sandwich panels and faced with the recent flooding, earthquakes and storms throughout the Europe and World, a research project was conceived to design and produce several emergency responsive actions from sandwich panels. Having in mind that steel sandwich panels are light and modular structures and still strong enough one can think of several immediate applications that are of need during catastrophes. Hand assembled bridges, movable dikes or earthquake safe houses are some of the possibilities. AS2CON aided these efforts by producing a project proposal document. |
